Nutella Brownie Bites

I have blogged about brownies before, and as great as those were, these are in a league of their own. Like the aforementioned brownies, they are quick and easy, but they are made of Nutella, so they have their own unique flavor!

There are really only 3 essential ingredients – Nutella, eggs, and flour – but my source added vanilla and chocolate chips too, which I was quite happy to go along with!

It takes less than 30 minutes to prepare too, which is always a plus, especially when the outcome is so wonderful.

First, combine the Nutella, egg, and vanilla…

Then add the flour and mix it all together.

Add the chocolate chips last…

…And divide into greased muffin tins. We used regular-sized muffin tins and doubled the recipe below to make 11. The original recipe makes 12-15 of the mini muffins, or bite-sized brownies.

Yes, it really is that easy. I told you it would take less than 30 minutes!

Confession: I’ve had this on the to-blog-about list for 4 months now, so I am sorry for all the days you have missed out on this deliciousness.

P.S. They taste great a la mode too!

Nutella Brownie Bites (recipe from Wee Eats)

½ cup Nutella

1 egg

½ tsp. vanilla

5 tbsp. flour

⅓ cup chocolate chips

  1. Blend Nutella, egg, and vanilla, then mix in flour until smooth.
  2. Add chocolate chips last and stir until combined.
  3. Spoon into greased or paper-lined muffin tins, filling ¾ of the way full.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. This recipe makes 12-15 mini bites (if baking in mini muffin tins), or double the recipe above to make 11 in a regular-sized muffin tin.
